My Health Score gives you general health information based on what you share and on published guidelines. It does not diagnose, treat or replace your clinician. Talk to a qualified clinician before making decisions about your care. If you think you have an emergency, call 911.

Early access

My Health Score is in a private pilot. Features may change, break or disappear, and we may make mistakes reading reports. That is why you confirm every value before it counts. Please tell us when something looks wrong.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. Only add profiles for people you are responsible for, or adults who have given you permission.

Your data

You own your data. Our privacy page explains how we handle it. You can export or delete it at any time.

Cost

My Health Score is free during the pilot.

Changes

We will tell you about material changes to these terms before they take effect.
